Atons Run 2010: Gopher U

It is five minutes from downtown, with the Metro Transit Bus route just a block away, and 2.3miles from the U of M Minneapolis. Great eating spots within walking distance: The Sample Room, Psycho Suzi’s, Mill City Cafe and more. Amenities include digital cable (with HBO), Wireless Internet, new stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer, new deck with large gas grill, fenced in back yard, new hard wood floors, fresh paint and oak wainscot in bedroom. Roommates split chores in shared spaces. Please note, I have a medium sized dog if you have pet allergies.
