It's the social event of the YEAR! MSDB's Beat'em High ZOMBIE PROM, Saturday November 1. The Grand March begins at 7 p.m. and the Chapparones will need to send you home at 1 a.m. While appropriate costume is not required, good heavens! It's ZOMBIE PROM! Begin combing your favorite store for the Prom Dress of your dreams! If you never made it to your Junior or Senior Prom, now you can have the experience of a lifetime. Come prepared to enjoy over 20 pieces of equipment served up film noire style - with scenes from your favorite Zombie epic playing all night. Enjoy the finest in tasty treats from "Foot of the Beast" to the infamous punch always served at Prom, PLUS - we'll have a dance space complete with prom lighting and music! Pre-Registration must be submitted online, or post-marked, with donation by Friday, October 24. We will mail you a ticket and directions the week of the party. Registration after October 24 must be completed online, the price is $35 and we will make special arrangements to get you your ticket. Registration within 48 hours of the event will be $40.

MSDB And The Lab Bring Mindf*cks (7:30PM - 9:30PM)
MSDB is proud to present to the Twin Cities community: The LAB. The LAB is a monthly educational event to share local knowledge. On November 5th, we are presenting a workshop on Mindfucks, by Claudia Pauline Why does someone want to participate in a mindfuck? "It's exploring very dark parts of ourselves. For some of us, there is a compelling and innate draw to the fear, to the scary parts, to the darkside. To some of us, it's a way of better appreciating the light side as well. To emerge from plunging off the cliff into an exhilarating realization that one is ecstatically still alive and even better yet, unharmed." There will be both large and small examples of mindfucks. There may be audience participation. The evening will also include suggestions on preparation and aftercare for the unique situation of playing deep inside someone's mind. The LAB meets the first Wednesday.of every month. Doors will open at 7, and class will begin promptly at 7:30. There will be a $5 donation requested at the door. There will be a limited number of comp'd spaces available on an as needed basis.
