We will celebrate the 52nd year of our leather family and welcome our 2024 Officers. \nThe buffet meal will include the following: \n\n\n\nSalad:\n\nHouse Salad – mixed greens\, grape tomatoes\, red onion\, parmesan\, garlic herb croutons\, red wine vinaigrette\nSpiral pasta – Italian herb and romano cheese dressing\, red pepper\, celery\, carrots\, black olive\n\n\nMain:\n\nFrench toast – berry compote\, mascarpone cream\nStrata – vegetable\, spinach\, and cheddar (basically an egg bake-like quiche)\nRoasted chicken thighs – asparagus\, light lemon chicken sauce\n\n\nSides:\n\nBacon and bangers\nSteamed seasonal vegetables\n\n\nBreads and pastries:\n\nAssorted muffins – banana chocolate chip\, lemon poppy seed\, blueberry\nBagels with sweet and savory cream cheese\n\n\n\n\n\nThere will also be a cash bar. \nPlease purchase your ticket by the end of the day on Wednesday\, January 17.
