You can submit your $25.00 application fee using one of the following payment options:

Secure online payments by credit or debit card.

We use an industry-standard, PCI-compliant payment processor to protect your information. Online payments include a small processing fee. There is a $1 addition to help cover our online payment fees.

Alternatively, you can mail a check for $25 to us.
